You have not mentioned your state. So as from profile you belong to Maharashtra. And you have also not mentioned your catagory. So assuming you as a genral catagory, you have no chance to get government bams college in Maharashtra with 311 marks. You need to score 470

The general cut offs for OBC Category  for NEET 2020 is 146-113.  With a score of 130, unfortunately you cannot take admission even if it is a Private College. The score is quite less. But if you have decided about studying Medicine, you have to reappear for NEET in 2021
