Clear the meaning of register in what terms are you talking about??

If you are speaking about in counselling process, then you don't have to separately fill the colleges. Just fill according to your priority. The college on the top of your list will be on the first priority.

As you have not mentioned to which state domicile and category you belong, it is difficult to predict because the cut off varies from state to state.

But in general, with 280 marks you cannot secure a BHMS /BAMS seat in govt. colleges unless you have any reservations.

Since cutoff varies year by years and depends upon the various factors. The factors are number of student attempted , highest marks , etc.

For General category  cut off is around 420+

And for backward classes it is around 400+ for government colleges

For private colleges cutoff is lower
