It is difficult to predict about the cutoffs as it changes every year depending upon total number of candidates appearing , difficulty level of exam , highest score ,etc but keeping in mind of the previous year cutoffs you marks are too low to get admission in a government

Sorry to say you but actually this is a very low marks. In this marks your rank can be e above 3.75 lakhs. And in this rank and this marks you cannot get any government colleges. But don't worry you can study hard for next year. Otherwise you

The cut off for Podar Medical college , Mumbai for Neet 2019 was around 175000 rank for unreserved category. So it will all depend on the rank you will get at the marks you are getting in Neet 2020.

You haven't mentioned your category, this is important because cut-offs varies among categories, in case you belong to General Category the chances are very less to secure a seat in Government Medical College and Government Dental College as per previous year data, in case you belong to reserved category
