The syllabus for entrance exam of BHU is as same as that of NEET UG . If you clear with your basics you can easily crack it.

The most important thing is to practice 6-7 previous year question paper , as some of the questions could be repeated

see questions will be formed as per 12th standard exam and it ismcq based, however the difficulty level is below of jee main exam, however if you have prepared for jee main you have an added advantage, follow previous years papers and practice as many of mcq questions.
