As per the previous year cutoff trends, here are the cutoff ranks for SC category candidate over the years - 

• In 2018 - cutoff rank - 185, cutoff score - 51
• In 2017 - cutoff rank - 48, score - 233
• In 2016 - cutoff rank - 47,

According to the rules once a test center is allocated it cannot be changed on the request of the candidate or any other circumstance.

According to the previous years rank and marks cutoffs, you have a decent chance at clearing the minimum marks required for eligibility, but you do not have an enough rank to secure admission in BHU. Last year's cutoff was 290 marks and higher and 151 rank and lower.
