The BHU LLB cutoff marks are based on various factors such as the difficulty level of the test, total number of test takers, number of seats available, etc. your marks are too good and you will get admission in BHU.
2017th cut off for SC was around 175-180

Based upon your score in NEET 2018, and the previous year cutoff, chances are less for admission to Government Medical Colleges under All India Quota. You may have chances for admission to government colleges under state quota.

Based on previous year cutoff you are eligible for B.A(Honours) Social Science because the cutoff for that for OBC category was 147. But still you need to wait for the cutoffs to be released.

You won't get admission through BLAT as the cut off marks for OBC category is around 290-300 and you are much behind the cut off. You should consider private colleges like Lovely Professional University or Amity University.
