Please specify the category to which you belong. Last year cut off of BHU for general category was - 1614(cut off rank) and 92(cut off marks)

For OBC it was- 560(rank) and 155(marks) 

For SC- 275(rank) and 85(marks) 

For ST- 100(rank) and 57(marks)

No there is no state reservation in blat. There is reservation for obc, sc and st. Also there is reservation for physically disabled. You can find more information from following link
