There is no distinction of EWS certificate in case of states or central. So your EWS certificate is valid in BHU.

To get a EWS certificate you will have to visit the municipal office.

Admission in bsc maths etc is through BHU UET . The BHU UET application form release date hasn't been announced yet , it has been delayed due to covid-19 pandemic , we can expect its release by the end of july  . It will  be released  by Banaras Hindu

Lateron the lastdate for application will be in August probably.

The reason is the eligibility criteria fixed by the university does not meet your age. For taking admission in the respective courses provided by the BHU mentions that the eligibility of the candidates requires the age should not be more than 22 years as of 1st
