No AIIMS ,BHU doesn't give state quota reservations to any candidates ,neither for AIIMS Delhi or any other AIIMS too.

Amu allots seat in two reservation categories

1.Institutional 50%

2. Open quota 50%

Hello. Yes, there is a reservation for girls in every NITs. 14 to 17 % seats are allocated to girls for better improvements over all.

For IIIT , till now there were no such reservations. But , from this year IIIT Hyderabad has allotted 25% of seats to girls.
