Well you have good chances of getting a hostel. Even if you don't get the hostel in the first round then also you will be able to get it in subsequent rounds. From this year hostel allotment is very different and all the non Varanasi students are getting hostel,

2018 being the first year for admission into BAMS courses through NEET had cutoffs in the range of 475-560 and above for BAMS courses in government colleges. In 2019 the cutoffs went really high as the number of candidates had increased and also the paper level was called easy comparatively.
