according to the cut off for the year 2018 , the closing rank for general category was 290. you will have to wait for the final announcement for the cut off because every year , there is always increase in the ranks. you can check the cut off

As per last year cutoff, selection was made upto rank 249 and in 2017 cutoff rank was 616 so clearly cutoff changes every year but with your secured rank selection is very difficult even under ibc category as it so high. I'll suggest you to wait for counselling

Sadly the odds aren't in your favour. There are not very good chances of you getting admitted in B.Sc. Agriculture course of the Banaras Hindu University with this rank. But don't loose hope you can still pursue the course from other colleges.
