Yes, BHU Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh has offered placements in M.Sc Botany. More than 45 companies participated in the placement drive. This year, more recruiters visited the campus compared to last year. More than 130 placement offers were made to the students from various courses.

See if the college isn't ICAR accredited then you can't do your PhD from ICAR institution but you can freely pursue your PhD from the state universities. Unfortunately these universities donkt accept CUCET scores to secure admissions into these colleges.
Only central universities accept CUCET scores as this examination is basically designed for admisisons into these central university.
Aligarh Muslim university or AMU is one of the top central university but the admisisons here are based on their own entrance exam, for btech it is from JEE scores.
