Hello aspirant,
I hope that you are doing absolutely fine.
if you want to choose from NIT(in production engineering) from an BHU( for Bsc. Computer science), then I would recommend you to choose NIT as it is far much better and prestigious institute of India. BHU is also good in every aspect but NIT is far better in terms of faculties interaction, academics, career opportunities, placements and Infrastructure. You will get lost of opportunity in being an NIT like career growth, Internship and many other things. So, i would recommend you to choose NIT as it is better than BHU.

It is a little difficult with the rank you have scored to get admission in BHU biotechnology. But there is still hope as the cut off for each year keep varying and you never know what the cut off this particular year will be. You can make an assumption on the basis of the previous year's cut off for which you can visit the link given below:+
MCA(Master of Computer Application ) duration in DU(Delhi University), JNU(Jawaharlal Nehru University ) and BHU(Banaras Hindu University ) is 3 years(total 6 semesters),this course can be done after BCA(Bachelors of Computer Application).

Admission in JNU for MCA is done through a exam conducted by NTA called JNU MCA every year.
