mention the category you belong to 

190 marks lie in the safe zone for admission but as this year the re exam was held and the question being difficult, the cut off might decrease.

Its quite difficult for you to get admission in BHU in BA with 99 marks becuase in 2017 the cut off for BA for sc catagory was 119 marks. So, just hope that you made through it and wish cut off should be less this time.

If you are SC/ST/PH category, you will definitely get admission. If you are General/OBC, you won't get admission as the cut off is quite high, above 300.
