With female rank of 157. Chemistry Hons at BHU is looking on your side. I mean you can get it. But you never know, due to the competition is very high. If there are more than 160 seats then you have 100% gurantee of securing a seat.

With your female rank of 263, you can get BHU main campus for B.Com course. But, I am also not sure and won't completely assure you about this, sometimes it can get difficult due to high competition.
