Last year obc category cut off marks are 236. These are the minimum marks required. 

Closing rank is 79. This is the last rank at which admission was confirmed.

Sorry to say but you cannot get the main campus but still you have chances of other campus as it totally depends on the cut off.Don't loose hope and wait for the first cutoff.

Hello Kallol, See the last years cutoff for general was 170 in BHU social science. This year its expected near about 155-165... So, there is a chance to get call letter... All the best

Apparently there are 2 hostels which are alloted to undergraduate students of social sciences - Acharya Narendra Dev and Shrimati Moona Devi.

Thetoppers are alloted Acharya Narendra Dev hostel while the rest are alloted Moona

You need atleast 550+ for this . Last year cutoff was 533+ marks . 

As this year is disaster for many candidates so you this cutoff will rise even more.
