There is no specific marks or ranks which determines that whether hostel will be alloted to you or not. The allotment of hostels is done on the basis of your source location i.e. how far is your home from the University. Considering the distance the hostels are alloted to students.

The Cutoff for bhu bsc math is 200–210 for gen every year. You may not have a chance. But you can do wait for the list to see what faith has written for you. All the best.

For the year 2017 the cut off for B.A.(Hons.) was 150 marks and the cut off rank was 1061. There are chances for your admission in BHU as there are many students who don't take the admissions as a result the cut offs will come down and you might get

For the year 2017 the cut off marks for the BHU B.SC (MATHS) for General category was 168 marks and the cut off rank was 2300. This year the entrance exam was on 13th May, results will be announced in the month of June, cut offs will also be released

Every year BHU & AMU announces its entrance exam dates for admissions into its various UG & PG courses. For BHU the last dates for registration and form fill up was 28th February while in AMU its majority of the courses had their last dates in the month of March
