Please note that admissions to Benaras Hindu University, aka, BHU take place via JEE Advanced, because it is also recognised as an IIT.
So, I don't understand why you would apply for

IIT, BHU takes admission through JEE Advanced.
JEE Advanced will be conducted on 20th May 2018.
In order to be eligible for JEE Advanced you have to qualify for JEE Main exam first.
