To ensure the admission in BHU you have to attempt at least 70 - 75 correct question. The no. of question may vary as the difficulty level of examination. Generally cutoff is 205-210 for general and obc category. For SC and ST it is very low, for a good

The Banaras Hindu University (BHU) conducts an entrance exam for admission into the Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) course which of four years BSc including an internship . So, admission is not granted through NEET marks.
The entrance exam is conducted by Institute of Medical Sciences (IMS), BHU, Varanasi.
