IP University is better than Banasthali University. Hence, you should try to get admission in IP University and if it is not possible then only go for other options. 

CLAT would have been the best option for you for BA LLB but it seems you haven't applied

According to your marks you can get pretty good schools offering commerce stream. If you can mention where you want to take admission I can tell you some good schools accordingly. Like for example in Delhi you can get schools like Hillwoods Academy, Lovely Public school, Vivekananda etc.
