If i am not wrong you are talking about FMGE(Foreign Medical Graduate Examination) Which is also known as MCI screening test that is conducted by national board of examination.
The Screening Test is conducted twice a year in June and December as a computer based test.

Hello, Yes no such rule is there and you can pursue mbbs from bangladesh even after 2 drop years.
However you should know that after completing your mbbs from bangladesh you'd have to clear an fmge exam for getting a license to work in india and do a 1year compulsory internship in india.
