Firstly, I suggest that don't pay the fees amount again until and unless you get a refund on your bank account or NTA gives you instructions to do so. I see that you have already contacted NTA regarding this matter. Unfortunately, there is nothing else you can do rather than waiting for their reply patiently. NTA should give you a reply as soon as they can and you can follow their instructions accordingly and get your issue solved.
