I am in big confusion Im pursuing my graduation in interior designing from an institute they have a tie up with a open university which is a disatance education mode the university name is Himalayan university i have not done 12th Im having my degree through bpp so am I eligible for bank exam

theeanonymous 13th Feb, 2021

Hello Aspirant,

The basic eligibility to appear in bank exams is graduation but 12th is an essential qualification that counts. And Bachelor Preparatory Program no way equivalent to 10+2 so I would suggest you to complete your 12th from a recognised (NIOS) board to be on the safer side. It will be difficult to get regular jobs as well without 12th qualification.

All the best

How much amount I have to invest in bank FD with 5.50 % interest so that per month i should earn at least 40,000 ?

Ayush 5th Feb, 2021

Hello candidate,

Fixed deposit is the amount which the investor deposits in his bank account for a longer period of time to get interest rate over the principal amount for a continuous amount of time.

Here, you get a 5.5% Intrest rate and get interest upto 40,000 per month, so the Principal Amount for 1 year is equal to 40000*100/5.5= Rs727272.72.

Hope it helps!!

Have a good day.

Dear,

Please control your thoughts first you don't need to worry and please focus on yourself what you like and what you want to do in life.If you have failed then you surely get some experience or lesson from it and one fact is that when we fail more often we learn more but you are taking it negatively you can teach someone if you fail you can do some other work but don't stress yourself as it will only make you weaker you need to be stronger at every point of life no matter what and please make good circle of friends and take help ask for help from where you can get but never over thinking anything.Start your preparation now don't stress make schedule study from bankers adda or adda247 I used this app before and it really has good questions and meanwhile do some part time job for 3-4 hours so that you don't worry about yourself you can start tuitions or you can do other work and side by side continue your preparation with dedication make proper notes.

Thanks

I dont know why i am afraid to atart ag age 21 today is 1st day of coaching and i am very tensed about it feeling low worried about it have so many questions that how i will manage in new place new Coaching new study and then English also my biggest hindrance in bank preparation & am late to start

S. Saha Student Expert 2nd Feb, 2021
One thing must be cleared that you arenot late at all. The minimum age to appear for SBI PO exam is 21 years old. And you are just 21 years. So youhave enough time. Don't feel like that you are lost or Don't go for any competition. There are students who qualify SBI PO in first time. But there are more students who can't qualify in the very first attempt. But they don't lose hope. They stuck to it until they reach their goals. So when you have time, you must prepare for the examination rather than thinking all these.
And it's your first day at Coaching, so you shouldn't take any pressure. Try to build rapo with the teacher and ask about your doubts.
Almost all the banking exams have same kind of syllabus SBI PO, SBI Clerk, SBI SO, RBI Grade B, IBPS PO, IBPS Clerk, RBI Assistant exam etc. First of all go through the entire syllabus of SBI or IBPS PO. There are many study materials available on internet. You can take help of video tutorials available free in YouTube. Read newspaper daily thoroughly for General Knowledge and current affairs, as well as, for understanding the grammar. Once done with syllabus you can move on to solving mock test, previous year exam papers. Then try to figure out your weak areas and work on them.
The syllabus usually consists of topics like Reasoning ability, Quantitative aptitude, Numerical Ability, Banking Awareness, English Language and Verbal Ability, Computer Awareness and Current affairs. First get the accurate syllabus. You must work on some numerical section to get a grip on them. Read banking awareness questions and answers.
