Of course a BA Graduate can join the Kotak Mahindra Bank, as the bank accepts any individual who has scored a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in the final year of graduation in any discipline. For the reserved category candidates, a minimum of 55% aggregate marks is required. Further, a candidate must be at least 26 years in age.

To be eligible for Bank PO Exams, you should be of 30 years maximum at the time of giving exam, as per 2020, you should have born in 1990 or afterwards. As you are born in 1989, you are not eligible for Bank PO Exams in 2020, only if you are from EWS or general category.
There are relaxations in age for other catogories:-
So, if you are not form GEN or GEN EWS then and only then you will be eligible for Bank PO Exams in 2020.

In 2019, under State Quota, 519 marks secured a seat in KPMC, under General Category. You haven't mentioned your Category. If you belong to General Category, then with this score, you will get a Management Quota seat and if you belong to Reserved Categories, you do have decent chances for a seat in Government Quota.
