priyaankasarkar Student Expert 19th Jun, 2020
Ankur, try within start ups. You will have a decent chance in start ups. Though the pay is less, you might still get a job. Do not stop applying for whatever Government jobs you might have the eligibility at. And also create a profile on LinkedIn. You can see many relevant opportunities there. You can directly reach out to the recruiters. Also right now as the market is dull, you should try for paid internships in places like Internshala pertaining to your field. The only aim at this point in time is to not increase the gap between your Graduation and job period. So you have to try to puck as many as part time or start up opportunities that might come your way.

at age 20 i feel i waste am need so much to make myself capable and now its late for me to change i cry over beautiful past i cry over school days i am really totally disturb and hopeless and also feel if i work on myself then how and if i will then also i will not be able to crack any bank exams

rehan18alam Student Expert 17th Jun, 2020

Dear Aspirant,

Good that you acknowledge the fact that all you need is a fresh start . Stop thinking about the mistakes you have done in the past and start exploring. Maybe you are not good at academics, it is no big deal maybe you are good at photography, maybe you are good at sports, singing, maybe you are a traveler. Do not shy away from these possibilities, and try to embrace your qualities.

Take a moment to pause, and introspect, do not let them tell you who you are, take the wheel of your life in your hands, and start finding your own why?.

Hope this helps. Thank you.

i am loser who never tried to change age 20+ i feel depressed i left CA when was 17 without even appearing for exam due to lack of confidence of clearing and now same situation with lack of confidence to start bank preparation with low English at age 20 feels late and wasted years lost close ones

ADITYA KUMAR Student Expert 16th Jun, 2020

Hi

First of all you are not late at all for your SBI PO preparation .

This is because,

Minimum age required to be eligible for SBI PO is 21 years and you are only 20 ,so you have 1 complete year i.e plenty of time to prepare and believe me many people clear SBI PO examination with just 1 year of preparation and you can do that too, provided you prepare for it with honesty ,dedication and perseverance

Also , stop thinking that you are late for preparation because the more you think about it, the more you will regret , now you have only two options either keep thinking about the time you have wasted in the past or forget all these and move ahead, prepare well and clear SBI PO examination.

For your English you can go through following books and master the language

  • High School English Grammar and Composition by Wren & Martin.
  • General English by SP Bakshi (Arihant Publication)
  • Word Power Made Easy by Norman Lewis.

Follow the below tips to prepare :-

  • First of all go through SBI PO syllabus and its exam pattern
  • Go through the previous years’ question papers and see the level of difficulty of the question paper so that you can prepare accordingly
  • You can take help of video tutorials available free on platforms like YouTube as well
  • Go through newspaper daily for General Knowledge and current affairs
  • Once you are done with syllabus go through mock test and identify weak areas and work on them

Thank you

which best book for all compeyitive exam like ssc cgl bank etc. s quantitative aptitude by arun sharma is good for all exam

Manidipa Kundu Student Expert 13th Jun, 2020

hi,

see there is many books available in market, however if you want to study from initial level then you should follow rs agarwal, there is separate books available written by rs agarwal on quantitative aptitude,  logical and verbal reasoning. after that you need to study the previous years questions papers of ssc cgl which is very  important for exams point of view, since time is less compare to the questions structure you need to give most focus for general awareness part, unless you score around 40-45 in gk it is really hard to clear the first stage of cgl .

you may follow lucent gks books for practice.

Im 12th PCM student. I want to go in banking sector so suggest me which subjects should I choose in graduation in which it will help in bank exam

Mayank Chowdhary 12th Jun, 2020

So you can continue with PCM as of now. Then you can choose bsc graduation course - BSC in physical sciences. Even BA in arts OR BCOM in commerce field can lead to the same field - Banking sector. You can pursue career in POBS.

So as of now clear your 10+2 with comfort and then you can think about the graduation course properly. You'll require around 75-85 percentage and above to get into a decent college for a good graduation course.

Best wishes. Thank you.
