As I mentioned in my other answers of the questions you asked regarding bank manager, there is no direct route to become bank manager either in public or private sector bank, few years of relative experiences in mandatory, generally in case of PO recruitment done by SBI, IBPS, RRB there are mainly three stages as mentioned below
First Stage(Preliminary)
Second stage(Mains)
Third stage is Interview/ group discussion, to know more detailed information about the syllabus of respective exams, visit the following link
In case of private banks recruitment you can join job portals like linkedin, indeed to get latest updates, or you can visit the official website to know more about the recruitment process details.
There is no direct route to become bank manager, in the context of exams like SBI PO, IBPS PO, IBPS RRB PO etc these have only the eligibility criteria of passed graduation in any discipline from a recognized university, but if banking is your choice then consider pursuing graduation in mathematics, economics, business management, banking, finance and accounting to name a few, the exams are mostly conducted in three stages such as prelims, mains, and interview/group discussion, after qualifying all the three rounds you will be selected as probationary officer, and then further you will be promoted to assistant manager, branch manager, chief manager and so on.
Dear Aspirant,
to pursue a career as a bank manager, you will first need to complete your under graduation in any stream. Upon completion of your under graduation degree, you will be required to appear for the Bank PO exams that are conducted by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection. You need to give this exam and need to pass the exam with the qualifying score. After clearing the exam one gets appointed as the Officer . After becoming an officer you need to have a good experience in the banking sector while you need to give the internal promotion exams of the banks and with this you can become a Bank Manager in the Public Sector Bank.
