The level of SBI Clerk is comparatively easier to that of SBI PO, but then again standard of English in banking exams in pretty good compared to say, SSC CGL which often repeats its question which doesn't happen in case of banking exams.

The top position for banking exams is for Probationary Officers in case of SBI and IBPS, both these exams takes place once a year, but the best among all is definitely RBI Grade B officer, the pay package is also comparatively high than that of the former two posts.
