Usually Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) conducts recruitment's for Nationalized banks.  You may wait for IBPS notification for 2020  as this years is already out and the dates are over. IBPS conducts exam for Specialized officer, including posting to Regional Rural Banks. If you clear RRB exams

You cannot give bank exams after 12th immediately. The minimum eligibility to get a bankjob is graduation. However there are peon, housekeeping jobs where 12th pass is required. For joining government banks, you will have to appear for IBPS exams after graduation.
