After 12th you can do your graduation with any of the field there is no any restrictions for banking preparation only you should have good preparation for the exam to get success.

You can choose any BBA. There is no issue in this. Also incase you are interested in any BBA specialization then choose BBA with banking etc but otherwise in general BBA you will learn about all specializations.
