Both the colleges are very similar in many ways. The infrastructure for both the colleges is very good. But the placements are much better in bannari when compared to kongu. The average package in bannari is around 3.3-4 lakhs per annum whereas in kongu it is 2-3 lakhs per annum

Bannari Amman Institute of Technology (BIT) is an engineering college situated in Sathyamangalam, Tamil Nadu, and it provides engineering as well as management programs at the U.G., P.G., and the Doctorate level to eligible candidates. Bannari Amman Institute of Technology , Erode opening cutoff is 184 and closing cutoff is 167 for Electronics and Communication engineering in 2nd round of counselling. After that seats are full and no further counselling round held. So, you have less chances to get this college.

Electronic and Computer engineering  has good future scope if one is interested in the field and pursues Electronic engineering from a reputed institute. An electrical engineer specializes in engineering skills to the design, manufacture, apply, install and operate electrical products and systems. The placement might vary from institute to institute. However, After successful completion of the course one may get a starting average salary of 4-5 lakhs.

In 2018-19 the number of enrolment in in b tech agriculture engineering was 41. Out of them 34 students were placed. The average salary package given to a fresher is between Rs 20,000/- to 25,000/- per month. A lecture in the field of agriculture can earn an initial amount of 15,000/-. According to the college website highest package offered by them is 26 lakhs per annum.

The collage programs provide guidance, career counselling , wide range of professional development activities. There may not be any paid internship in your field.
