They don't accept JEE Paper 2 Marks.

For addmission in architecture colleges , 50% marks are required in boards class 12th and 50% marks in NATA / JEE MAINS PAPER 2. 

Some colleges take a ratio of both as 50:50. 

There are reservations for state board students in the particular state about 50-70% ,

With the given rank in IPUCET for B.Com(H) and assuming you are in Delhi General Category,it is difficult for you to  get admission in the specified college according  to last year cutoff.
