I would suggest you to wait for the subsequent rounds in JMI B.Arch counselling and consider ABES's CSE as your back-up option in case the JMI seat situation does not work out at the end of their counselling procedure. Thus, do get a seat in ABES's CSE

The cutoffs for  MANIT , Bhopal are not higher for SC category. They are much lesser for SC categiry as compared ro GENERAL category.

It might happen that the cutoffs you are seeing are the category ranks.
