It's is a nice score to get an admission and HSC percent won't be barrier for selection as the eligibility criteria for most of the colleges is 50% minimum aggregate in 10+2 with major in pcm and english.

1. IIT Roorkee , Uttarakhand
2. IIT Kharagpur , West Bengal
For admission to undergraduate architectural courses you must clear an entrance.
1.If you clear JEE Mains paper 2 for B.Arch only you are eligible to get admission to NIT
As per your rank and previous year cutoff, the colleges you get in b.arch are:-
