According to the previous data, if you get 61 percentile in the JEE mains paper 2,then you have very less change to get seat in the colleges. So better to write the exam again. And also make a plan for the exam and prepare according to it.And prepare more previous paper to know how the questions are going to given in the question paper.

Most of the government colleges offers admissions to B.Arch courses with NATA and JEE -Main Paper 2. So it is very Difficult to get admission into B-Arch without NATA & JEE. However, Private colleges do offers admissions without NATA & JEE. You should try to get into those colleges.
