Colleges that take admissions purely based on JEE Mains Paper 2 score are very few. And they require a score more than 280 or a rank below 1000. If your state approves admissions through counselling with JEE Mains paper 2 score too, then you can expect a decent

LPU, Phagwara,

Amity University, Greater Noida, etc with the JEE Mains Paper 2

Yes, absolutely. You can get a seat in some NIT. You have secured a very good rank. For some NITs cutoff is close to 10K. So, you can get a seat. NITs are the best option.

Other than this, it depends on this year cutoffs , the chances are there but very close.
