Colleges that take admissions purely based on JEE Mains Paper 2 score are very few. And they require a score more than 280 or a rank below 1000. 

You can also apply for private universities like, 

LPU, Phagwara,

Amity University, Greater Noida, etc with the JEE Mains Paper

First thing, I don't know what your home state is. Whatever be it, with the percentile that you have got, there are very less chances for you to get a B.Arch seat from the JEE Main paper 2 2019. You need a higher cut off to get into any NITs.
