With 130 marks you won't get any National Institute of Techology or School of planning for pursuing B.Arch or B.Planning courses.You need at least 200 marks under general category for government colleges.Look for another engineering entrance examination.

Its will hard to predict the rank but you will score less marks.At this marks you will not get seat in NITs because B.Arch have less seat.yes you will qualified for jee advance.
