Hello, 

The only gateway to enter any universities affiliated to Anna University is through TNEA/NATA. MIT or any college which allot seats based on TNEA score would not consider JEE marks.

As last year's results of closing rank of various colleges may be possible you can get nit Patna and Tiruchirapalli if you have home state

To get NITs for B.Arch you need at least 98 percentile under general category as there are very less seats in NITs for B.arch courses.Cuttoff percentile may change little bit.For sureity wait till NITs announce their cuttoff score.
