If your rank is in top 500 then you can easily get an architecture seat in top NITs. like SPA Delhi,NIT Trichy.
The cutoff for B.Arch courses is about 50% of the total marks.
If you're above 70% then you can get a seat in one of the
BITS, Mesra
School of Planning & Architecture- Bhopal & Delhi
SRM University, Chennai
MGMs Jawaharlal Nehru Engg. College- Aurangabad
These are a few colleges that offer B.Arch based on JEE Paper 2 scores.
The reason B.arch is not seen as an option for application is that IPU takes admissions for B.arch through centralised counseling and no longer conducts it's own entrance examination for admissions to B.arch. Hence you cannot apply for B.arch separately the admissions will taken on the basis of your JEE

In government engineering college Thissur, for admission in Five year Architectural course, candidate must have passed 10+2 of the Board of Intermediate education with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as subjects or any other examination. The admission is through KEAM B.Arch. which is purely based on the performance of candidates
