As you have choosen the option of float it means you are not satisfied by the college and branch allotted to you so its the responsibility of UPSEE to give you the next best option according to your marks, so you dont have to pay any extra fees

The opening rank ( OR) and closing rank( CR) of NIT Calicut and Trichy are given below. The OR and CR are different for Home state quota students and Other state quota students.

With your quoted details you cannot get admission in any NIT or GFTI in both Btech and B.arch programs.
I would suggest you to go for other Engineering entrance and state level entrance exams.
