Honestly percentile 86.25 is not good enough to get a decent college like SPA OR NIT. So you must work hard and apply for April jee main and improve your score.

You can get admission in Kerala for B-Arch via two main exam

1)JEE main Paper2

2)KEAM

and both require minimum of 50% marks in mathematics.

so you should try for Direct admission.

Hi Raj,

The other state candidates have a separate application form to join Anna University in any of the courses offered including B.Arch.

For B.Arch course the candidates should have passed (pass mark is 80 out of 200) the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) .

The best practise book for apptitute book is R S Agarwal and another best book is P K Mishra for complete B arch entrance exam but for the apptitute R S Agarwal is very good also self study guide for b arch entrance examination of arhiant is equvalently good.

For getting  Nit for B.Arch you have have compulsory mathematics with 75% marks in total including five subject
