No, you cannot join B.Arch 2nd year even after getting diploma certificate. but you will be having good knowledge and depth in the subjects and topics which will make you lead in future, if you join B.Arch after your diploma. You need to tstart the course from 1st year

If we get good marks in jee mains paper 2 (b.arch )then we get IIT or not. If we do not qualify in jee mains paper 1 ?

For a bachelor of architecture course in IIT you must qualify JEE Main paper 1 because if you will not qualify JEE Main paper 1 then will not be eligible to appear for JEE advanced because for architecture course in IIT they does not have anything to do with JEE
