No, AKTU is not going to conduct any further entrance examination for B.Arch Programm for admission in Affiliated colleges. UPSEE Counseling is about to over so there is no chance to conduct any entrance exam again. you can attempt in next year only.

Yes, in some colleges they allow for migration after first year but not every college allow for that. So for this you should contact to your college and asked about same. If your college provide you migration than you can take it.
