Sorry, but it is not possible for you to get into NIT under B.Arch with this rank because the cut-off for SC category students hardly went till 1k. It ranged to 900 in every section be it GFTIs, Planning engineering or NITs

ipu does not release the merit list ipu just release the resukt in rank format and then the couseling process will start and admission are done on the basis of counseling process as per the rank you have scored. all the best have a great future ahead.
Chnaces with Governments colleges are quite low ascutoffs close within 8000 ranks.
However incase cutoff this year go down subsequently, you can have decentchances with NIT Raipur.
You can also have decent chance with CGC Chandigarh, Panjab University Jalandhar DIT Dehradun, ICL institute of architecture Amabala.
No I don't think so because it is low score for the architecture engineering as this is a high competitive course
