Your board percentage is good. If you General category, more than 150 marks will do. If you OBC category, more than 80 marks will do. If you SC, more than 70 marks will do. If you ST, more than 40 marks will do.

See predicting on the basis of marks is not possible you have to wait for rank on the basis of which it can be said eligible for nit or other college and the rest depends on the counselling procedure and seat availability.

Sorry to inform you but with an OBC rank of 3535 there are very less chances of yours son securing a seat in any of the NIT's across India as for securing a seat in any of the NIT one needs to have a rank under 2500 to
As per my knowledgw chances are less as now the score for nata is incresed to 140 to 150 for getting top govt. College but still each college has different criteria to apply so i must say that your target should be high for it near future.

course for B arch varry from colleges to colleges.If you want join a govt college ,average fee would be 6 lakhs for 5 years.private colleges would take higher rate .
