According to me, you should try to get a seat into the J.J. College of Architecture, Mumbai and Academy of Architecture, Mumbai.

The Eligibility criteria for admission in NIT for B arch has changed. Now, you should have mathematics as a compulsory subject and you must score atleast 75% marks in total including five subjects in addition to qualifying JEE mains paper 2.
