As you have a good rank under CRL, and also an OBC reservation, you will get a good college for BArch. The OBC rank of 111 maybe helpfull in getting an even better college.

As per your rank and category, you have less chances of getting NITs. The cut off rank for B.Arch is generally around 6,000. You can also consider other esteem colleges like: VIT, LPU, BITS, Assam Don Bosco University, Ahmedabad University,Jaypee University of Information Technology, Techno Global University,

BArch is expensive, than other courses. But, that can vary from different colleges. The fee varies from around 10k to more than 500k. And, when compared to fee for B.Tech, the fee for BArch is higher.

The NITs that provide B.Arch, they all have good placements. Among them the highest placement record was for NIT Trichy with package of Rs.15 LPA.

The hostel fees depends on the type of room you take which may be single or shared. The average hostel fee for a one year is around 40000 rupees for a shared room.

yes you can get govt. college in uptu b arch. As your rank is good enough to get admission there as well as you arefrom obc category. So need not to worry you will germt admission for sure. All the best have a great future ahead.
