ofcourse sastra take intake on basis of sastras rank i.e 25*jee main score+75*ipe (12th marks) so if you get rank you can get admission & you got good score in paper 2 so you can take thank you

In paper 4 for B Arch. my upsee rank is 1677 in cat. GN , OS cat. is 101, and GL cat. 623, can I get admission in govt. B Arch college.

With this rank in UPSEE you can expect seat in any of the Government Architecture college. You got good rank so you should be prepare for counselling and fill the best seat under home state quota for admission in Bachelors in Architecture.
