To get an admission through mains paper 2 for B.Arch is no where related to the qualifying marks of paper 1.

Both paper 1 and paper 2 are no where related. Its not compulsary that one must qualify both the exams to join either in btech or b.arch

B.Arch is a 5 year professional degree course. One can go for a job after B.Arch for a good experience or can start own consultancy firm (firm needs experience which one can get only after job).

JEE-MAIN 2018 paper 2 for B arch /b planning amission was held on April 08, 2018. 

THe Central Board Of Secondary Education has announced the JEE-Main paper 2 result on May 30, 2018.

AAT (Architecture Aptitude test) is an architecture entrance exam for admission into IITs (5 years undergraduate B.Arch Course). AAT can only be taken by students who have qualified JEE Advanced. There is no relation between JEE Mains paper II and AAT.

I must say that this is a great score. Looking at your board percentage you can apply for CEPT, Ahmedabad. It's a really good college. Then you can also apply for the colleges in Maharashtra using the dtemaharashtra.gov.in website. Rest assured you'll get a good college.
