Sorry to say , with this rank in JEE mains Paper 2 you cannot get seat im any of the government colleges. The closing rank of various Government colleges offering seats in Bachelors of Architecture was below 6k for General category students. Try for best private colleges.

Jee mains paper-2/ jee b.arch was conducted on 8th April, so exam application are closed. You have to give jee mains paper or NATA paper to get admission in b.arch in India. Registeration for counselling is also closed on 15th June for jee b.arch.

Well b.arch from Jadavpur university is not that good. Average packages for students goes upto 3 lakh and not all students get placed. So if you have any other option than go for those option.
